  1. Wow. I have been reading up on the sivananda ashram – looks good to me – but of course it will depend some on your fellow travellers and teachers. All the best , I look forward to hearing about it.
    I will go and salute the sun right now!!! -in my imagination and helped by your photos – but also it is a yoga routine.
